I've got friends who're going to the midnite session in Hobart and Sydney. I've numbed myself into a state of not caring. I will go see it, and the bit in the trailer where Obi-one screams pleadingly at Anakin "YOU WERE THE CHOSEN ONE??!!" Gets me excited. But thats all.
As an adult, and rewatching the original 3 and then the prequels, I've come to the conclussion that the Star Wars movies are shit! Really, they are crap! Not HOT!
Except for Empire Strikes Back, which is quite a brilliant film.

I was very impressed by Han's pants! They are the stand out of the picture for me. Attention to detail counts for so much.
i dig Han's hair Scott - say, you wouldn't happen to have spent the rest of your life trying to recreate Han's loo in this drawing subconsciously would you....???? stylish mover etc.

PS: u r right, the SW movies are crap. except volume 5 ESB. Last night we digitally projected episode 2 clone something or other on to Dan's wall with Recou Rob, Steve etc. fun and stuff, but we all talked right through the whole movie only to stop and appreciate the best bits, which were...the spaceships and the scenery/landscape/spacescape shots ;>
that was look folks ;> i don't want to cast any aspersions on Scott nor Han's toilet manners...mind you...now I think about it Scott, you have been know to 'Han the pan' on occasion...

Han Solo did make a big .... stylistic..impression on me. Yes it's true.
In this crazy world, I'll be the first to admit that I don't know much, but what I do know is this:
1. Pretty CGI scenary does NOT a good film make.
2.Dan Is dressing as a Dark Jedi and recou as a Stormtrooper (I assume it'll be at the premiere).
3. Robin, you should get yourself a LiveJournal. Its what ALL the politically charged, pinko, socialist, hippie, fascist, media-aware, rednecks are doing these days. Or are you afraid that you're "DAY-JOB" with it's connection with a certian law enforcement adgency may get in the way?
4. Dum should get a blog.
5. Star Wars is crap (with the exception of ESB). Or for kids. Time to make a stand.
